VAT, Tarrifs & Customs.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any handling fees, taxes, VAT, tariffs, duties, and customs clearance charges required by your country for importing consumer goods. We are not involved and do not know the customs regulations and charges in your country, as they vary around the world.

It is the full responsibility of the customer to verify any customs charges, duties, and required procedures in your country prior to placing your order.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for your order. Watchvalley is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched. Watchvalley cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided by the customer.

The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information.
